Realmark Properties, Inc. was established in January 1988 as a joint venture between Citizens Properties, Inc., a Georgia Corporation (formerly Citizens Mortgage Investment Trust, a Massachusetts Business Trust), and Richard S. Davis Associates of Atlanta, Georgia. Glenridge Development was founded in 1997 to provide a focus for credit oriented retail development.The associates, individually and collectively, have been developing, leasing and managing commercial income properties since 1974. The primary focus has been the development of food store and discount store anchored strip shopping centers in the Southeast. Glenridge Development works on a directed basis for national credit tenants to provide build-to-suit opportunities.
